Unhappy store experience

Dear Best Buy partners,
It is with great dissatisfaction that I write to you, because as a consumer that every time you go to the United States visit your store, I could never expect that when buying a product to give gift to my goddaughter in Brazil (Pen bamboo Fineline for IPad) to unwrapping the packaging, to our surprise, there was only the charger. Imagine the shame and discontent of my goddaughter in turning the anxiety and expectation of the present into enormous frustration. I would greatly appreciate that Best Buy honored the partnership that exists between us consumers positioning themselves on the matter and reimbursing us of the financial loss, since the emotional loss will not be possible to recover. Below are the purchase and store data, as well as the attached photo and the invoice.

Thank you for taking the time to register to our Best Buy Forums to let us know about this issue. I am sorry to hear that the Bamboo Pen you purchased was not inside the packaging when it was opened. I can absolutely understand the disappointment it was to find this product missing. I am happy to help you look in to what options are available.

 

 In this case, this item would have to be taken to one of our store locations in the United States within our 15-day return or exchange period along with your receipt. Only then could we look into reimbursing you for this product by returning it.

Good afternoon Team Best Buy, thank you The Return of you guys. However I am in Brazil and to send the package within 15 days will become impracticable because the minimum period of the Post is 14 days and the value of the service is not justified according to the price of the product. In this way I am sending the invoice and pictures of the packaging through a friend who lives near a Best Buy store. I would greatly appreciate the prompt service.
