Hello Customer Support,
I purchased a Google Pixel 6 Pro on Sunday, June 27th for $899 at my local Best Buy store.
The follow day I saw the same Google Pixel 6 Pro that I purchased, on another website with a price of $779.99.
That other website was "Woot!, An Amazon Company". This website is affliated with Amazon.com.
On the day I saw the price on "Woot!", June 28th, I chatted with customer service on your website. I made my case to customer service that I believe the price listed on "Woot!" should be considered for a Price Match Guarantee.
On your FAQs for Price Match Guarantee, it does list Amazon.com as a Patch Match retailer. And since "Woot!"is an Amazon company....this is why I believe the price listed on "Woot!" should be considered for a Price Match Guarantee.
I ended up getting to a supervisor during my chat, but they were not accepting my claim for a Price Match.
I'm writing this to you in hopes that Best Buy will reconsider my Price Match request. I don't want this to be a deciding factor if I will every shop at Best Buy again.
Please let me know if I can send you my Best Buy receipt and proof of the lower price website.
Thank you,
Robert

Woot usually has daily specials which would make your PM invalid as it falls under the rules per the PM Guarantee.
From the website:
Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, items sold by Marketplace vendors, competitors’ service prices, special daily or hourly sales, and items for sale the Friday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.
So if this item was on sale just for that day only, it won't qualify for the PM.
A full list of exlcusions and terms can be found here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/customer-service/price-match-guarantee/pcmcat290300050002.c?id=pcmcat29...

I understand you believe it's not fair. However the PM rules are set in stone and in the end, if the moderator upholds the PM rules and determines the denial was correct, this would be the final answer. There are no exceptions to the rules unfortunately.
