I made a purchase in a Best Buy Kiosk in the airport in Las Vegas in my way to Mexico.
The product is not working so I visited a Best Buy store in Mexico with the product and my receipt and they didn't accepted my return nor offered technical help.
"Products bought in USA can't be returned in Mexico". Is that right? I will be back in the US until January.
What can I do?

There is an extended return period for the Christmas Holiday. Check on the BB we site to see if your in the proper time frame.
