Unable to process Xbox all access purchase

This would be my second purchase using Xbox all access. Called Citizen and all is good on their side but unfortunately keep getting the "sorry that didn't work. Please try again." Message. Any help would be great.

Maybe I posted this in the wrong area, but to clarify this post is about my inability to purchase an Xbox using Xbox all access.
