Treated awful

I drove an hour and a half to Best Buy to purchase an All In One Dell computer. After the store member was rude to me I still made the purchase. I get home with my box and yes you guessed it. What I purchased and paid dearly for was not in that box. So I've been on the phone all morning with people who sound like they are part of a new nation. I have no earthly idea what they are saying and Best Buy will not answer locally nor will they answer at corporate. So I now am facing taking off work again to drive an hour and a half one way to be treated like crap again and try and resolve this. Just ain't my day at all!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Thank you for reaching out to us here on our community forums. Buying a new computer should be an exciting experience so I can imagine your surprise to find this box empty once you had arrived home. I appreciate you letting us know about your experience so far.

 

Have you been able to get assistance from you local Best Buy? If not, I would be glad to help you explore options in getting this computer. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
