Total Tech Experience

Is there a direct telephone number for the Geek Squad? Can we not speak to store employees anymore? Is there a formal complaints line or email for customers? I’ve had an issue I’ve been trying to resolve for the past two-three weeks and have spoken to about 7 or 8 representatives and I have gotten no assistance whatsoever. Whenever I ask to speak to a supervisor, I either get the runaround or simply get transferred to another representative. This is pretty frustrating. What is the point of paying for the Total Tech service if there is no proper assistance being given?

The blue buttons I see are “Add Comment” and “Accept as Solution”.

Sounds like you’re in a mobile device, change the version from mobile to full at the bottom of the page.
