Welcome to our community. Open box products are an extremely good way to get a terrific price on really great products. I was happy to hear that you made your purchase of an open box Toshiba FireTV, but definitely less than thrilled to hear that it was missing items and that you ran into complications during your attempt to make your return. I regret any inconvenience you've endured.
What items were missing that should have been included? Did you have an opportunity to speak to a manager during your visit to the Attleboro store regarding the unusual requirement they made to make your return?
