I have been trying to buy a Zephyrus G15 laptop from Best Buy for a while now. I have had three so far - all three have had some sort of major defect, and I'm not really satisfied paying such a large amount of money to get a laptop that is defective. This is to say, will I get barred from returns if I try a third return? (I returned the first 2). And, no, I'm not being too overcautious, all the defects are/were very major, but I don't want to attempt an exchange if I'm going to be barred.

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Best Buy Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your laptop has been having some major defects, and that this has been a repeated issue. I can certainly understand wanting some clarity on this situation.
Our Return & Exchange Promise does not call out a limit to exchanges, however it is up to a store manager whether a refund or exchange may be best, as nckhammond mentioned. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, I'm happy to help!

Thank you for the responses. I bought all these laptops off bestbuy.com and had them shipped to me without going to a store. Since this is the case, is there any reason I would be denied a return/exchange?

I understand, thanks for clarifying that a bit further! I do not see a reason in that case, unless you are outside of the timeframe of the Return & Exchange Promise for your order.
