Chuck at Best Buy in Hyannis really went above and beyond today, Wed Sept 1, 2021. I had trouble getting a car seat out of the car in order to get a small refrigerator in the back seat, and the fridge was stuck half in/ half out of the car. I couldn't leave the car to ask for help, I couldn't get a store employee on the phone which only routes to a national call center. After a half hour of trying and failing, I saw the Geek Squad garage door open and ran over to ask for help. Chuck not only got the car seat out but also loaded the fridge for me. I am extremely grateful. I'm sorry I don't know his last name but I hope he will accept my sincere gratitude.
