I'd like to send compliments to a Geek Squad employee in the San Diego area -- Vincent. I had a nightmare with a 2 year old Samsung washer for over a month during the holidays. Vince was here multiple times, trying very hard to make a stubborn washer fixable. He and his Geek Squad gurus tried everything possible to make the washer usuable. Finally, after 6 weeks, the gurus decided that they had spend more money, parts and labor, on a washer that was never going to work. Vince's patience was truly amazing. When we got the new washer (obviously not Samsung), we got another Geek Squad plan, because having one, and having Vince as our representative, showed us that Best Buy really stands behind their products.
