Terrible in store customer service! COOPERATE HELP ASAP!

I want to know where can I contact a corporate agent or someone who can help me with the terrible in store customer service I received from Best Buy today! So I went to go buy a speaker today for my daughters 1st birthday party and when I bought one I went home and opened the box and it was all beat up and scratch and severely used!!!! When I went to go exchange it and get a different one the girl who was helping my wife and I had a terrible attitude and kept asking what was wrong with the item and when I told her what was wrong she assumed it was my fault the product was like this and rudely had the nerve to say “ well it seems to me that the damages we’re your fault” and I then told her that I purchased the product a hour ago , how is it possible that I damaged it this bad within the hour? And she then looked at me and said “anything can happen within a hour! So at that point I was fed up with her unprofessional remarks and then asked to speak to a manager and once the manager came and I told him what happened and he to had a bad attitude and kept asking questions! I then told him look man I don’t want problems I just want a exchange I really need the speaker for my daughters birthday dude I have no reason to lie about this considering I literally bought the product within a hour. And he then proceeded to give me a refund. But at the end of the process he sacarstically told me that it will be 3-5 business days for your money to go in! So I told him no man I need a exchange I just want another speaker and he said at this point there is nothing I can do I already put it in the system your going to have to wait 3-5 business days. So I left extremely mad,sad, and disappointed because I felt like they did that on purpose knowing I needed the speaker badly and my daughters birthday party is tomorrow so I need help because I have no money and no speaker and the employees basically sabotaged my wife and I !!! I really need someone from cooperates help please message me ASAP! I need a speaker !

Hello. Im sure Best Buy will help you with this (refund, replace, repair). Just let them know what exactly you want to get. 

I'm also have some problem with Best Buy right now (wrong washer was deliverd), but they trying to help me. At least they pretend to help.

I apologize for the poor experience you had in your local store. As for your refund, the amount of time it takes for the money to go back into your account will depend on how your bank or credit card company handles refunds. I suggest reaching directly out to them should you need it processed more quickly.

 

For my part, I’d like to take a look into your return and document it in our corporate systems. I’ll also reach out to the local leadership teams to help make sure that this kind of thing doesn’t happen again.
