Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with valley stream best buy where they were holding the wrong item but were willing to sell me the wrong item if i add $300 to what i already paid for my pickup order. The next day i came in to talk to them again and the manager made an accusation of seeing me on camera with the product leaving the store the day before. Then she was later able to find the correct item i was accused of taking. I walked out with the correct item finally but very dissatisfied and without an apology
