Terrible customer service

I went to the store in Branson to buy a laptop it took me an hour to get help. Today I came in Looking to buy a mesh Looking to buy a mesh router system ,, And security cameras. Employees standing around chatting with each other I could not get any help so I just leftI do not plan on going back unless I absolutely have toI do not plan on going back unless I absolutely have to. I have been shopping here for years and always had good service I don't know what has happened to this place
