Terrible customer service

Me and my husband went into the store and picked out the dishwasher we wanted. The price was listed on the dishwasher. The sales associate picked the piece of paper off the dishwasher and rang it up. The dishwasher was then delivered. It wasn’t the dishwasher we picked out. I called the store and the guy said the price must have been swapped because we received the dishwasher we paid for. He told me he remembered the one we picked out and it was their mistake. He spoke to his manager and advised me that nothing could be done. I thought this was poor poor customer service. Where else can I go to complain and give a review so other customers won’t have to experience this?

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.  I was disheartened to hear there may have been a mix-up with the dishwasher you’ve recently received, and you haven’t been able to resolve the issue as of yet.  With that said, I would like to locate your purchase, and see what options are available for us to explore.

 

In order to locate your purchase, I’ll need some additional information from you.  If you could send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number, or “Customer Service PIN” located at the bottom of your receipt

 

This should be enough information for me to locate your purchase.  To send me this information privately, make sure you use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
