Hi I just wonted you to know about a experience i had at your Douglasville Ga. store. My family and i were looking for a new refrigerator so we went to your store bad idea. We entered the store and were stopped and ask what we were looking for I answered and the rude man at the entrance immediately told us it would be over an hour before some one could help us, I said ok we just wonted to look around he rudely said again it would be over a hour before someone could help us. It was like he did not wont us in his store , we all had mask on except for two small children. I turned to my family and my wife gave me that look i told the rude man we were leaving and he made us go back out the entrance. So we went to HD and were talking to another couple and said they got the same treatment in your store. I have bought a lot of items from your store in the past you just lost a customer . I usual just walk away but this guy was rude and his posture was very uninviting .
So if you dont wont people just look ing around your stores, close like the outher stores like yours did.

I don't know why you would have to wait an hour for someone to help you. Most BBY Stores are limiting people in the store due to the ongoing pandemic. So because of this you may experience faster service. Waiting an hour seems absurd in my opinon.
Of course a BBY Mod can help, you may have to wait for their reply, though.

While we are currently limiting foot traffic in our store locations, it does seem strange that you wouldn't be able to get assistance for over an hour.
