This morning I came to the Topeka store to exchange an unopened package of ink cartridges that I purchased yesterday with my Best Buy credit card that I have had for decades. I bought the wrong size of cartridges and wanted to exchange them for the correct ones. The clerk opened the package, I assumed to make sure I didn't open/use the cartridges inside. She called over a manager who said they could not exchange merchandise that had been opened. I explained that the clerk opened the package. She was very harsh and said they could not help me. I left my receipt, immediately left the store and called and cancelled my account. As I stated previously, I have been a customer for decades and have purchased many computers, printers, home appliances, gaming systems and games. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again and now understand why this store has been in the news lately for declining sales. I will be happy to give my business to Walmart, Sam's, or any store other than your's.
