I bought a TV online for $499 on the 10/30/2020 and selected store pickup, after 1 hour I got an email notification that the order was ready for pickup. Then, I saw the product available in a different store closest to me and I went online and changed the pickup location, everytying seemed right but a nightmare was about to start.
I went the next day to pick-up the TV at the store but they don't have it available and there is nothing that they can do about it, so they suggested me to go to the first store where they may be able to help me, it seemed odd but I drove there just so they can tell me the same "we can't help you, you need to go to the other store".
Knowing that any of the stores will care about me I started then calling and chatting multiple times with customer support to hear this time to hear things like, "don't worry the order is still processing you will get an email once it's ready for pickup".
I have waited patiently until today, the order automatically changed the status to cancelled, so I jump in the phone right away with customer support, now they are telling me that they can't do anything because the order is already cancelled and all they can do is make a new order but this time the TV is at $799 and I have to pay full price. At this time you just can't imagine how furios I feel, I have been lied to multiple times.
