TV in store not as per the description on the website

We ordered a Sony X85J TV on the site. It was supposed to be in open box excellent condition. This meant (according to the website), in brand new condition with all the accessories it originally came with - with or without the original box. When we spent 4 hours driving there in the Los Angeles traffic - just to find a TV with scratches on the side and without the original stand or the remote.This was a bad experience for us - after wasting time and money. This is the second time something like this has happened. This time it was the Signal Hill store, last time it was the Culver city store. Again the same stuff - site said open box excellent - when we went there it was without the stand or the remote with scratches over it. This is totally unacceptable. The website description needs to change. We have had these two horrible experiences for products wihch do not match the description on the site.We have bought items more than $2500 in the last couple of months from BestBuy and are really very dissatisfied with these 2 purchases. Something needs to be done about it fast.
