TRE Blocking Returns

Is there any one who can help me remove my name from the TRE blacklist?  I had it done once in the past.  I ordered a Macbook Pro online and realized it was the wrong one 2 hours after I orderd it.  I tried to cancel it but was told since it was 30 min. after the order I'd have to send it back or return it.  I picked up my package from a UPS drop off location and immediately took it to Best Buy to exchange it for the model I meant to buy, but was blocked by TRE.

So you were previously granted an exception from a TRE block? Those are typically one-time exceptions, meant to allow it that time but it does not start your return history over. Another return would almost certainly be denied based on the returns you had previously performed. I can’t see them making another exception, but the moderators here have the right connections to look into it for you.

Thank you jdogg836 for your response.  Yeah, I figured that would happen just wasn't sure exactly when I would get blocked again.  Just wish I would've ordered the right one to begin with.  Are there specific moderators I should get in touch with, like the ones for this forum, or does it matter?

They will respond when they reach your post in the queue, although it may take a few days. As you can imagine, there is a surge of traffic because of the holiday weekend. Hang tight, one of them will reply shortly.
