I have the exact same problem as here:
I got an email from Best Buy with trade in instructions that were just to print the label from the T-mobile site, but since the information was not passed from BBY to T-Mobile there is no label to print. T-Mobile said they didn't get the info so they can't help, I called BBY today and the people I talked to were not helpful.
Since I already ported my number I do not want to return my new phone I just want the trade in properly sent over to T-Mobile.
