So I ordered a video card, quantity of 1, last night on the website. This morning order was canceled. Used chat support who told me I needed to set up a business account because I ordered more than the "limit" for this type of purchase.... odd. So I called in and another rep told me the first rep was horribly wrong. She said the system is canceling orders in error and it's going to take a few days for IT to sort it out. Basically they refunded me and said to order again in a few days, or I might get an email saying they resolved the issue.
What an odd experience...wondering how widespread this is or if anyone has further context.
