Who thought it would be a good idea to stop taking phone calls at the local store? I have a question that can't be answered by even the most skilled, well-intentioned call center rep. Not taking calls from customers at the local store is a huge customer service issue. Had I know Best Buy was doing this I would never have made my purchase and very likely won't give my business anymore after this.

Staffing is limited in stores due to COVID right now. So if they can't answer the phone they may not have the people to staff in certain locations in the stores.
