I gave the customer service desk my existing router in exchange for the coupon.
When I went to check out the cashier was having trouble applying the coupon and called over a supervisor. The supervisor pushed some buttons for a while and said there was nothing he could do.
At this point I felt scammed and trapped because I needed a new router and they couldn't return the one I just gave them per the terms of the coupon. So, I purchased the new router at full price.
The router I purchased is not on the exclusion list of the coupon, and in fact has the offer linked above its product listing on bestbuy.com as a 'trade-in offer'.
I'm hoping someone here might be able to apply the coupon to my order retroactively, otherwise consider this a cautionary tale of false promises and bad service.
