I purchased a laptop about 9 months ago this is how long this has been going on. The laptop was a geek squad certified that was no good I was told my the tech help to return it. Then back to the store to get yet another one and of course more money. I was told by the dept manager the laptop had features that it did not have when the laptop was brought out tech says this laptop does not have this he said I will leave it so you will have one and will get cliff dept manager to get you another. Cliff then after many emails says he will yet another tech contact me to discuss going with 2 other choices and help me out with extra cost due to all of my troubles. After emailing cliff many many many many many times as well as texting the very helpful tech cliff will not respond I have called customer service during the past 9 months to many times to count each time being told someone will call you back which never happens go to the store to be told store manager is never there. Customer service finally tells me 2 days ago no one is going to help me that’s why they saying they will call back and want. I try again to reach out to cliff and text the tech the tech finally responds telling me he remembers my situation and they cliff referred to me as the aggravating lady and for him to contact me with no explanation of my situation and that cliff had absolutely no intention of helping me and that I needed to contact store manager. Well good luck with that that I have sent so many emails and nothing. I by then way am disabled and a total tech member what great customer service
