The store manger and cell phone manger at First & main best buy in colorado springs are aboustle joke. I went in today to find out why I never got a bill credit for the Iphone I had bought at bestbuy. I was told after a month or two i would get 100 $ bill credit because the phone I had bought was on sale. The guy basically accused me of lying saying that they dont do things like that and i would have to find my paperwork to prove it that he has no way of looking it up in the computer. As I was leaving he had called the store manger over and another person all three of them were starying at me and talking about me. I have never been so let down by best buy before I then called the 1888 number I talked to a very nice lady that agreed with me that bestbuy does do promotions like that and she was very understanding.

Welcome to the community. Having a new iPhone with a promotion is a BIG deal (we take advantage of that in my family) so I get it where you're expecting those rewards to come around and then how long shoud one wait!
As much as I would want to comment on what may have transpired I apologize for any interaction that may have made your experience feel otherwise.
I would suggest you contact your carrier who are able to check more on the program you got enrolled on to make sure your account is credited as promoted. Enjoy the rest of this weekend Danny!
