Store experiance.

Went to store hoping to buy two items. The one item had none on the shelf but showed 2 in inventory. The sales person tried to find but couldn't. He then offerred $25 discount for us to pick up at another store which we agreed to do. The second item was on the shelf but when he attempted to ring it up it would not register. Turns out the item is not for sale until tomorrow. Since we could not purchase the second item we did not go pick up the first since we would have to come back to get the second. Thank you to Royal for all his help and effort.

On the way out we decided to tell a manager of our experiance. We stopped at the entrance and asked to speak to a manager. We told the person what it was about and he called and asked us to wait at the customer service area. After waiting 10 minutes and no on showing up we decided to leave and advised the person as such. He just said ok.

The store is at 4100a  Irving Park in Norridge Illinois.
