Hi there I shop the Grapevine TX Best Buy store frequently. I've always received exceptional service. I was in there today and had to go to the Geek Squad Service Desk. I spent a normal amount of time there but was extremely uncomfortable with regards to the temperature of the store. I was in a loose tank and short loose shorts and I was sweating. Your poor employees were wearing their required jeans/pants, and polos and masks. They all looked extremely uncomfortable and tired. I felt really bad for them because I could leave and choose not to stay and shop, but they have to work in those conditions. It had to be close to 80. I was mostly in the front of the store and also in the mobile phone area and it was still very very warm. When I inquired why the store was so warm, I was told the temperature is controlled at corporate in MN. Is this true? If not, this is what the employees are being told. Regardless, if it's not comfortable to shop there and most of the time I was just standing and in very minimal loose clothing, I can only imagine how hot your employees were! We also know that warmth breeds bacteria on top of just a general lack of comfort. I implore corporate to visit this store and spend some time working in there and see if whomever is controlling the temperature would like to work in those conditions. While I am all for saving money, I also believe that your employees should be at least comfortable. I hope corporate is also 80+ degrees since working in an office requires far less movement than working in retail. Please cool off this store, please.

Thanks Deysha I appreciate that. I would have went to store management but since I knew they didn't control it and I asked whom to speak to, the employees said their management said it was controlled by coporate so I went direclty to the source to let you know it is way too warm in that store. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
