Store Pickup Ordered October 18th! Indefinitely delayed.

I ordered an Invidia 3070ti online for a store pickup on October 18th. I have contacted by phone multiple times, chat multiple times, and even went into the store twice!!! and no-one knows where it is at all. No tracking number, no notes, nothing per the store manager. They said just to wait and I don’t know what to do. I am worried it will never come my one chance I could finally get it. Please help!!!

Now holidays are coming and a to. Employees were laid off and also quoting Best Buy. Am I doomed?

In all fairness - a lot of retailers could lose out on sales of hot items this holiday season. I was trying to find the original Nintendo Switch without the OLED screen and because it's still manufacturered and Nintendo is selling it on their website direct, but no stores carry it for pickup.

 

Eventually I went to one store and got lucky to buy a Nintendo Switch Lite in the Coral color and I like it a lot but I will probably end up selling it when I find the Switch I am looking for. 

 

There is just a shortage of everything this year.

Yeah that’s what I was worried about. I ordered the month before as soon as I saw the cards were msrp. But not early enough maybe Smiley Sad. Glad you got a switch tho!
