Store Feedback - Conyers, GA #389

Conyers, GA Store #389 - 2019-12-07 @5:14 PM EST

  1. Online purchase of Xbox One X with Gears 5
  2. Packaging opened = refused equipment
  3. Canceled online order
  4. Purchase Xbox One X with Star Wars in store = opened packaging @5:14 PM EST
  5. Store manager indicated this is how the packages came from the factory
  6. Setup Xbox at home.
  7. Entered Star Wards download code = Code previously used.
  8. Enraged my local store that I have spent thousands of $$ in now employs liars and thieves just in time for Christmas.

Lawrence with corporate customer service was positive and helpful through out my ordeal and directed me to the best avenues of feedback.

I expect the store general manager to contact me about this incident.  It is not resolved.  I am moving to be an unrecoverable customer for Best Buy overall.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum though I wish we were meeting under better circumstances. I’m also sorry for the delay in our response here as we’ve been behind in speaking with our customers due to the multitude of customers reaching out during the holiday.
