Hey all! After about 2 hours in the store yesterday trying to make a purchase, I just spent 2 hours of my Sunday contacting the 1-888-716-7994 number to try and figure out why my store credit isn't working. At the end of it all, they said I will need to wait 14-20 business days to get a new card issued. Any chance I can get it sooner so I can purchase a tv/soundbar while it's on sale? I'm quite frustrated!

That's where I tried first. They told me they had no ability to do it there and I needed to call the number on the back of the card. They could look up the balance, but the card only had 3 PIN digits when we scratched it off at the store.
