Store Complaint

My mother purchased a new refrigerator. After it was delivered, we noticed a cracked in one of the bins. She took the cracked bin into the store. The manager told her it was junk. He said everything is junk! The appliances are junk and so are the TVs 😂 Is this true?

Very bizarre customer service.

Thank you for posting on our forum regarding your mother's recent purchase. Buying a new refrigerator is exciting, so I hate to hear about the crack in one of the unit's bins. I can understand wanting this addressed. It's troubling to hear about the interaction she then had with leadership at her local Best Buy. I'd like the chance to follow up on this and assist.

 

First, can you please share if your mother is able to contact us here on the forum, through Facebook, or on Twitter (@BestBuySupport) from her own account? We would be able to best assist if we worked with her directly, since she's the purchaser.
