I went into store #357 located at 5692 Fairmont Parkway Pasadena, Tx 77505 today 3/15/2019 to make a purchase. I walked around the back of the store in the wifi section, and stood at the electronics counter for 30minutes waiting on assistance. Other customers came to stand at the counter as well. I called the front of the store from my cell phone to ask them to send someone to the back. When someone finally came out there was a group of about 10 people coming from the back room at once. One guy walked towards me and then made a beeline around me, and went to another customer. He and another employee assisted that customer. He looked at me and asked did I need help, and I told him yes. He turned around and walked away. I walked to the front of the store and asked an employee at the customer service counter to please call me a manager. She sent me a sales consultant from the cell phone department and stated he works in wifi so he can help. I asked her again to call a manager, because when I was in wifi for 30minutes no one was present. She told me everyone back there is on lunch. I said I will wait for a manager..the manager came to the front and he was the same employee who asked me did I need help, but walked away from me. I reminded him that I did still need help and he walked off. He stated he thought I had been helped already. He walked me to the wifi section and I expressed to him there are employees all in the front of the store and none in back, and myself and other customers had been waiting for 30minutes. He ignored my complaint, and rudely asked me what is my question. I asked him about the wifi products, and a product that was not on the shelf. He provided me with the product, and he told me to go to the front and check out.
