Stolen Wallet- Used at Millenia Mall- no one helping me

I need to speak with management regarding the blatant failure of the Best Buy at Millenia Mall not responding to my pleas for assistance regarding fraudulent purchases made at their store. Police report has been filed and store has not responded to my emails or calls since 12/28.
