I have returned 3 items to Best Buy, all were purchased separately using Best Buy financing. All 3 items were returned, which was verified by a Best Buy store manager, yet I am still being charged for these 3 items on my Best Buy credit card. I have called numerous times to the Best Buy number, just to be transferred to the credit people, who keep telling me they don't see the items returned. I was at a Best Buy store last night about this, the store manager looked up the items, confirmed they were returned, he then called, and was told that an investigation would have to be opened on this. They can investigate all they want, I just want the charges for the returned items removed from my card. Can anybody assist on this?
