Staff complaint

Hello, I’d like to send up the chain to your corporate offices a complaint I have for a high-ranking staff at store #1391. I do not wish to air all of the person’s identifying details on a public forum, but would like to provide the details of my repeated experience and suggestions for this person in a discreet manner. Thank you.
