Specific employee issue and no response from management

I sent an email to the management of the Best Buy in Valdosta GA and have yet to receive any response. I prefer to have a paper trail vs calling, but would like a response. I have the email available, not sure I should post it here, but the situation was upsetting and I would like a resolution. How can I go about this?
