Someone used my card at a Best Buy Store

I live in Savannah and someone used my card information in the store.

You would need to file a fraud case with the issuer immediately and contact Law Enforcement to contact them with your report as well. BBY will work with your local police department to help investigate the fraud which can include transactional receipts, video footage and so forth. These forums, while can help with many issues, it would be in your best interest to do the above I've suggested for a faster turnaround on this.

 

Now if this was a My Best Buy rewards number, it may be the cashier entered the wrong number in the store and it appeared on your account. BBY can help you remove such transactions from your account.
