Someone else picked up my order?

Hello!  Got an email (as well as a message thru the app) that my order was picked up.  However, it wan't me- I wasn't in the store that day.  I have ordered and picked up a number of items in the last several months, so I know the process- I'm wondering if my orfder was given away without an ID check (like every other itme I've ever picked up there).  Seems like some other oflks have had similar problems here.  Waht are my next steps?  If the order is really gone, I'd like a refund.

The first step in this case is to go to the store and talk to them directly

Thank you for taking the time to stop by our community forums. As someone who uses the Store Pickup option quite a bit, I can imagine your surprise to receive an email that your order was picked up. I can certainly understand wanting to get this sorted out and I'd be glad to give you some more information on how to get assistance.
