Hello! Got an email (as well as a message thru the app) that my order was picked up. However, it wan't me- I wasn't in the store that day. I have ordered and picked up a number of items in the last several months, so I know the process- I'm wondering if my orfder was given away without an ID check (like every other itme I've ever picked up there). Seems like some other oflks have had similar problems here. Waht are my next steps? If the order is really gone, I'd like a refund.
