Someone else got my TV

This is just a complaint.

I bought a TV online during the flash sale, went to pick it up when it was ready, and when I got there I was told it was already picked up. Customer service was reluctant and took an extended period of time to fix the problem. Initially telling us repeatedly it was picked up and seemingly not willing to help at first. This is unacceptable. You need an ID and card number to pick up an online purchase, from what the site says. How neglectful does your customer service need to be to give away a hundreds of dollar product and give a customer who just spent hundreds such a hard time? I will be taking future business elsewhere. This was at the Davenport, FL 6300 Grandview Pkwy store.
