So I just got email today at 11:49 AM on April 16th, 2021 that someone picked up my order for "Nintendo Switch Pro Controller MONSTER HUNTER RISE Edition" when I'm not even going out from my home yet. (I felt sick today.)
I called the 1-800 number and the customer service was not helpful. I tried to use chat function, and the agent asked me to go to the store. I do not want to go to the store when I feel sick (I just got 2nd shot of COVID-19 yesterday.) How can this happen? Does not the staff MUST check the ID before item is released?! (I went to a Best Buy store one time without ID, and they did not authorized to release. I wonder why this order was able to do so?!)
This item is so limited that it was hard for me to purchase, but now someone else have it for FREE! (because credit card was charged, so who ever picked up simply get the controller without paying?!)
