I'm pretty upset with best buy selling me used airpod pros without my knowledge. Only when I got home and opened them did I realize they were previously named and used by someone else. Covored in black dust and crums.
I'm very disappointed and don't care to order from bestbuy in the future after this since I don't know what I'll be sold behind the scenes.
Mostly with the current global situation I'm pretty worried about using a previously used item.
The hassle of having to drive back to the store that's far away to try to return or get a new pair is a waste of time and money for something that isn't my fault.

While we do sell open-box products, these should be clearly marked when making a purchase in our store locations and online. Did you see any stickers on this set of AirPods Pro? Was this package sealed when you received it?

Thank you for the quick reply.
They did come in a sealed box but I can tell they've been used due to when I opened them there was dirt and dust on the headphones and casing as well as they had been renamed by the prior owner to AAlmirs' headphones.
The hassle of returning these is rough and I live a ways away from a bestbuy and don't want to deal with more issues for something I never intended.
