On 7/23/22 I purchased a TV at State College, PA to be delivered and installed 7/29/22. Now it’s out of stock. The person who sold it to me asked me if I wanted to leave the store with it. So how is it out of stock? You probably sold it to someone else. Now there solution is for me to pay more for another TV. They want me to pay more to fix their mistake. My mistake was going to BestBuy! The employees I spoke to on the phone were unhelpful and only wanted to delay the installation. I had to drive to the store to speak with someone to tell me the truth. The TV to s gone and I am out of luck! What horrible customer service. I want a TV at no additional cost!
