Sioux City Store Problem

First off, I think it is ridiculous that we have to sign up in a Forum in order to email for customer support.  Below is a message I sent from my phone on the 15th and I never received any reply.

At 11:15 today I stopped at your Sioux city store to buy 2 screen protectors and a cell case. I was face masked and entered the store when a short burley guy stopped and strongly said "can I help you". It was said in a tone that made me wonder what I did wrong. I told him I needed a screensaver. He said "they  are busy right now but I'll let them know you're hear". Confused about all this I asked if I needed to wait there by the door. He then said "no you can go over there".  Right then the tall best buy guy standing by the exit door burst out laughing at me. I continued walking about 7 steps towards the counter and decided i wasn't going to tolerate that and decided to buy elsewhere. The tall kid by exit door had spun around in a circle at the exit door to control is laughter. I had to say "excuse me" so I could get out the door. Then while trying to stifle his laughter he says "have as nice day" in a cocky tone and burst out laughing loudly again.  I have no idea what I did wrong here or why he was laughing like he's high or something but it was extremely disrespectful and insulting. I'm 55 years old and not deserving of this kind harassment.
