Shout out to Tatiana at Nashua, NH Best Buy

I wanted to show my appreciation for Tatiana {removed per forum guidelines} at the Nashua Best Buy.  I pre-ordered a Pink Samsung Galaxy S10+ on 3 March as part of a BOGO free offer from AT&T.   Though I received my first pre-order on 8 March, the Pink S10+ ultimately ended up being backordered for weeks; I finally received a notice that the phone was ready for pickup on 9 April -- 1 month, 1 day after the Galaxy S10+ was released.  AT&T representatives were not honoring the BOGO deal because I did not receive the phone during the promotion period -- even though I pre-ordered two phones and had already activated one of them.  Tatiana spent over an hour working with AT&T customer services representatives to ensure that I'd be able to get the BOGO offer that I was eligible for.  She also gave me her card and gave me the incident number in the event that AT&T billing did honor the agreement after 2-3 months.  Tatiana went above and beyond my expectations and made me an extremely happy customer.  


I wanted to say "Thank You" to Tatiana and for one of her associates, Carne, for working to keep me a loyal customer of Best Buy.
