Service at Lombard Store

HOLY MOLY! My next e-mail will be to Guiness! I called the store and listened to the phone ring for 30 minutes - INTERESTING level of customer service.


I was in the store on Saturday, asked for some help slecting a monitor (WANTING to spend HUNDREDS of $$$$$) and the person pointed to a wall. The monitors under the display were NOT the same as the monitors on display. At least one of the monitors on display was out of stock and they would not sell the open box unit. NO STORE had the monitor where I could pick it up. When I finally got someone's attention (about 12 minutes - guys just walking around) they told me "yeah we have others, they're up there" and pointed to boxes 20 feet up on a shelf!


Micro Center - plenty of monitors to choose from and people to help customers - Thanks WorstBuy yoiu introduced me to a whole new world of availability and customer Micro Center!

It is always our aim that we provide stellar service, so the experience you've described of merely being pointed in the direction of the monitors, and not much else, isn't at all the experience we want for our customers. While we are unable to display or stock all monitors, we should have some variety in store to show you, and I apologize if you weren't shown these products or assisted with ones that may have been on an upper shelf.


While I'm glad to hear you were able to get a monitor, I'm sorry this was ultimately at another store. Please know that your experience has been noted here on our end as our team operates out of the Corporate Office. If you should still be in need of assistance, please let me know.
