Hello, I bought an Ipad pro about a week ago that I am trying to return but the serial number on the receipt does not match the serial number at the back of the box of the Ipad pro. It is un-opened. The store location does not know what to do and i'm stuck with something that I did not sign up for. help!

So I went to return it at the Torrance location last night (12/12), and the customer service manager told me they can't do anything about it and call Apple. I called Apple and they told me to go back to the store and talk to a manager since they cannot do anything about it. I also called Best Buy's customer service and they told me to go back to customer service at the same store location and talk to a manager. So I went there again today, and they took it this time. I'm good now. But this is weird because it's your scanner that made a mistake. Why have the customer go in circles like that.
