Samsung S10+ pick up date extension

Good day,
I pre ordered a samsung s10+ 512gb ceramic black at the bestbuy pasadena. Yesterday I received an email that it is now ready for pick up until march 21.
The problem is that currently I am not in Houston that's why I wanted to extend the pick up date up to march 25. I already called the bestbuy Pasadena but unfortunately they can not change the deadline.
Please could you assist me on this?

Welcome to our community.  I love the convenience that Store Pickup offers me as a consumer, as I sometimes don't have much time to swing by the store on my way home and shop in-person.  It can add even more convenience when you're pre-ordering a new device like the Samsung Galaxy S10+.
