Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra delayed

I ordered two Samsung s23 Ultra phones in store in the same order. Confirmed that they would both be in on the 17th. On the 17th, one phone was ready for pick up. The other was delayed. Email states they are working on my order to get to me in the next few days. If it doesn't arrive in 2 weeks my order is canceled. My order cancels on Wednesday. I upgraded our family plan to a higher unlimited plan. Now I'm going to be without a phone and stuck with a higher plan because one phone did come in for my brother. It is ridiculous that one came in and almost 2 weeks later the other is still not available. Insane that my order will be canceled. I can not get any answers as to where my half of my purchase is and unacceptable to cancel my order when I had to upgrade my plan to get this deal.
