We tried several times to pre-order three Samung Galaxy S23+. Every time, we were told to come back as our three S10+ phones ($400 trade-in value each) were not being accepted by the system for trade-in due to a "glitch". This happened during the entire pre-order period. Today we were told that Best Buy will not be accepting any Samsung Galaxy S10+ for trade-in for T-Mobile. Is this true?

Hello, HyDef,
Welcome to the Best Buy Forums!
I am also excited for the release of the Galaxy S23, I am in desperate need of a new phone for myself. Trade-in promotions, and phone values, are changing all the time, so I am not certain off hand which models T-Mobile may be currently accepting. I would be happy to look into this for you! Would you mind sending a Private Message with the information below so that I can properly document our interaction? They are absolutelty accepted as trade ins,it's the column below that one,s10+ and s10 both are accepted. Nothing has changed with that and that is not where the issue lies. The issue is with the system at best buy,A "glitch" they say is preventing them from accepting the s10+. Thank you.
